BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!On June 18th, I placed an online order from Tutti Gusti and had the order delivered to my residence. The following day, I checked my checking account online and noticed that the amount was different from the initial amount that I had signed for. I immediately called Tutti Gusti and asked to speak to the owner. I spoke with the owner and explained that the driver had forged a different amount on the receipt which included his gratuity. The owner asked what time was the order delivered and a description of the driver. He informed me of the drivers name. I expressed to the owner that this was a fraudulent act. The owners response was What do you want me to do? I cant do anything. I just make pizzas. I am not responsible for what they (the delivery guys) do. If a person complains about a pizza, I can make them a better pizza but I cannot do anything for you.Later in the day, I received a phone call from the driver stating that since I had already made my decision to take legal action, he could not say anything to change my mind but he was sorry. He stated that he should not have done that to my credit card.I am deeply hurt by this matter because the decision was unethical. A person who decides to forge a certain amount on a credit card receipt for his/her financial benefit is unacceptable. And, I am appalled that the owner was not aware that fraud is a criminal offense and did not hold the driver accountable for his actions. Overall, fraud is a felony crime that will result in imprisonment and criminal fines.
Great food. Service is always friendly and prompt. Nice atmosphere, casual. Pizza is very popular and delivery is always within a reasonable time. Penne vodka is incredible!!
Dreadful Customer Service. He owners of this place care more about their own grudges with online coupon providers that about customer service. I purchased a http://Restaurant.com gift certificate on 8/31/11 and tried to use it that evening. When I arrived at the restaurant there was a sign on the door that no gift certificates bought after 7-24-11(one month ago) would not be honored. I went in to complain about this since I was able to purchase one online that morning and was told by the staff that the owner had a ‘beef’ with http://restaurant.com and wasn’t going to honor the certificates which specifically say that the restaurant is responsible for final disbursement of the discount. If you have an issue with http://Restaurant.com take it up with them. Don’t punish your customers who completed a valid transaction with a coupon site and are trying to fulfill it. One month past the date that you posted is too long for these still to be available to purchase. There obviously is some contract they signed with http://Restaurant.com that they realized they were losing money on and want to break. I have no problem with this, but please do not punish your (now ex-)customers over your disputes with others. Poor example of customer service. Will never go here again.
Oh Man. Without a doubt the best pizza in Harrisonburg. Try either the Chicken Wing pizza or the Chicken Ranch. Almost too good to be believed.
