Had bad experience last week with what I would not only call bad service but a better description would be non service. when I called the so called manager earlier this week she was very defensive and not helpful at all. She said she would call me back but just blew me off. when I called back today she hung up on me. No way to run a business in my opinion. Will never step foot in there again nor should anyone else. Too bad, I really liked their salads with the BBQ on it.
Terrible service; 1.5 hour wait for food. Asked to speak to the manager who happened to be the wife of a husband and wife management team. She left our table while were explaining our experience in our mi-sentence and put her hand up to us exclaiming Im done. Our table looked at each other in disbelief. Really? Does she know the words I am sorry or have a clue about good business practices/customer service? Umm…no! This place won hands down for worst in service – as lead by example by their manager…And by the way…the table next to us got up and left in frustration after an hour wait. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
