Go for Breakfast Only!. We visit and stay here at least a couple of times a year. Their breakfast buffet is better than any dinner we have had here. Last night was the worst so far…vegetable alfredo…inedible. Spaghetti, tasted burnt. Pork Chop special, two pork chops so thin, like shoe leather. Will give high marks for their service and the staff. Always friendly and took the Vegetable Alfredo off the ticket and gave a complimentary dessert to the diner. Kudos to them, but maybe they should revisit some of their cooking recipes and they wouldn’t have to do those kinds of comps. Just sayin’. Otherwise, this family owned and operated establishment is a true gem in the Harrisonburg/Mount Crawford area. Convenient and clean their rooms are a good quality for the price. Just wish their dinners would improve.
