The food is quite enjoyable every time I’ve been there although the wait staff appears uneducated on the menu and how the floor is run. The same can be said for management. Its great when a real italian runs a place like this but they need to have someone with half a brain to actually conduct with customers.
Yummy!!. Our volleyball team stopped by on a recent Friday night after playing – this place is YUMMY!! We sampled each other’s plates – Seafood in Cognac Sauce, Roasted Vegetable Penne, Chicken Alfredo, and of course PIZZA!! The food was delicious, the wait staff was very friendly and accommodating! I have been telling all my friends about this yummy spot since! I will be back for more!!
I was at this restaurant tonight with my daughter and my parents. My parents had been here twice before, and they said it was pretty good. Service was not bad. The waitress was fairly attentive and was quick to supply us with refills and take our orders.I ordered the cheese ravioli with addition of meatballs ($2 for three meatballs) and meat sauce ($2 additional). While I expected to pay extra for the meatballs, I hadn’t expected to pay extra for the sauce; this is normally included in the cost of any pasta dish. The meatballs were pretty tasty, however the cheese ravioli was somewhat undercooked (not al dente, somewhat chewy). My daughter liked her cheese Stromboli; it filled her up and she did not have any complaints. The others ate their orders.It was an okay experience. It was average; nothing to write home about. I don’t think I’d visit for the pasta. Though I might give their pizza a chance if the occasion comes along.
Disappointed. Burned. I tried to get a refund because my elderly parent just would not eat it and went to bed. I hate burned anything and the whole pizza was burned on the bottom and on the sides of the top. The manager said he would send me another pizza. I DID NOT WANT! And when I called back was insistent that I have another pizza rather than refund my money. Totally unprofessional and was extremely disappointed with the quality of this $25 pizza. The best thing I did was give the driver a $5 tip.. It was not HIS fault. I would rather have Little Caesars $5 pizza at least I would feel like I got my money’s worth. No, I do not normally eat Little Caesars… but expect to get what I pay for. Thumbs down.. Management uncooperative and totally displeased.
Supreme pizza was soggy and watery all in the middle. Salad was good. Kinda a groggy place. Won’t go back.
LOVE IT. The pizza is the best I have had in a long long time, the steak and cheese sub is awesome the servers were right on time and very friendly. Great place to go for pizza love the fact they are in Lakeside
We go with my family every weekend and we get pizza , spaghetti,appetizer FOR MY FIRST TIME FINNALY IM FINE THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD IN RICHMOND CYTY NICE SERVICE STAFF AND VERY VERY NICE ATMOSFER . SUGGESTION ::KEEP DOING LIKE THIS
