Hidden Cost’s. Food was actually ok, but my complaint is that the last time I went my oldest son and myself ordered the classic burger which had lettuce tomato onions mustard ketchup for $6.49. my son got cheese on his at 50 cents more brining his total to $6.99. My youngest son ordered the classic plain. After looking at the receipt, I noticed that they had charged me $6.99 for the plain classic burger. When I inquired about the charge I was told they charged me for a custom burger, which they made no mention of while I was ordering. I asked… so you are charging me 50 cents to do nothing to the hamburger and I was told that’s just how it is. I will not be going back anytime soon. That’s just how it is.

Great burger. Family friendly. Great service. Went there for first time tonight with my three assistants. Ordering was a little different but similar to Mos Southwest Grill. Price was good for the value. Good quality. We ordered three of basic cheeseburgers and a sliders kids meal and onion rings. Total came to $38, drinks included. Burgers were delicious and a little messy but manageable. Kids sliders were devoured by my picky eater, which shocked me. Onion rings off the charts. I treated my Assistants to milk shakes. They were delicious. Id rather eat here then Five Guys. Great job guys keep it up!
Used to come here often, but quality has slipped. Recently ordered a turkey burger that was inedibly undercooked.

Better than most non fast food burger chains. Pretty good burger. The parmesan fries were much better. 7$ is a little steep for a burger. They pile the toppings high but if you don’t get many toppings you will feel a little burned with regard to cost.
Burger Works works for me!. I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff is super friendly and courteous. The BBQ bison burger was yummy! I’m not sure that you can get anything like it anywhere else in Richmond. I was a little hesitant of the honey on the sweet potato chips, but it was really a nice touch! My friend ordered the veggie burger which used all fresh ingredients, including the mozzarella. Most of the time I associate veggie burgers with meager portions, but this sandwich was huge. I disliked that the napkins are located by the soda fountain. We had to get up multiple times to get extra napkins. Not a huge inconvenience though. There are fresh lemons out, which I love to add to my water. They also sell beer. The burgers come in baskets, but I think they would be better suited on a small plate and leaves fries to the baskets. I’m not a big fan of the color scheme in the restaurant (green and reddish-purple), but it’s not heinous, just odd. They have high chairs for little ones. There are multiple tvs up from different vantage points with various programming on (sports, the news, a cartoon). I don’t think its location is stellar, but it’s definitely worth going to! I hope they bring one to Chesterfield.
