Great all things meat, and then some!. My wife and I enjoy a good steak like anyone else, yet were always amazed at places that have the audacity to call themselves a steak house. Every Longhorn weve been to has surprised us as to the quality, flavor, service and consistency of their meals. This location is no different. Although I still stick to my guns about my feelings of big box chain restaurants (see some of my big box restaurant reviews for details), I must give Longhorn kudos for their effort and ability to downplay their size and the difficulty in managing such size. We feel here more as a small locally owned and operated eatery than a chain. Weve never experienced the cavernous feel, noisiness or feeling lost as a number in there volume of patrons. Ive had their steaks on many previous occasions, but this time around decided on trying their Roasted Sirloin Sandwich with a Blue Moon, and I must say, they did not let me down. Longhorn, please keep up with what youre doing.

This was the quickest steak I have ever received and it was cooked perfectly.
Most consistent Pittsburgh style steak in the Richmond area. My husband always orders his steak Pittsburgh style wherever he goes. This means the grill is made really hot so the meat is initially seared to seal in the juices. Longhorn does a great Pittsburgh style steak, and they do it more consistently than Hondos or Firebirds. So we like this Longhorn a lot for that reason.On this visit, our meals were accidentally sent to the wrong table. The manager came to our table, explained the situation, and told us our meals were being recooked. I really appreciate that honesty and transparency. Then when the meals were ready she brought them over herself, and asked us to cut into our steaks. Mine was a perfect medium rare. However, my husband’s was medium well when it should have been medium. The manager apologized and then made up for our inconvenience.Also, I tried the new Lobster-Baked Potato and really liked it. We’ll go back.
Best place for steaks!. LOVE their outlaw ribeyes! I go for special occasions and have not been disappointed. If there are any issues, the manager corrects them ASAP. Very lovely!
Great lunch. Staff was friendly and food was quick and tasty.
