Good food, bad service. Every time we go to this particular location, we have a bad service experience — messed up orders, weird charges, being ignored by our server for 20+ minutes while he stands in the lobby playing on his cell phone, etc. It’s truly something every single time, and it’s usually more than one thing. We keep going back because we love the food and the prices are good, but the horrible service definitely makes for an annoying experience.
