Best Burger. This is the only place I’ll stand outside with the huddled masses all yearning to be fed. Regardless of the crowd it will take 15 minutes to get a burger because they’re put on the fry grill after you order. It’s part of the entertainment to look at the variety of folks standing around then wander to the glass window and try to guess which burger is yours – by their toothpick code.For the past 30 years, I’ve gotten the same order: double-double ATW w/fries and a coke. Best to wait another ten minutes before eating so the grease can soak into the bun and bag. Anytime I’m in a two mile radius at lunchtime, my car will automatically go there.Fries need salt and massive amounts of ketchup, but how can you eat a burger without fries? Good ice in the drinks.

You need to order a double patty for the bread and meat to be balanced. Fuddrucker’s this is not! Another time I got a corndog and the dog itself was a weird light pink color and was pretty tasteless.Onion rings are good and so are the fries.
Sept 2011. Just went for lunch today. Number one, plan to eat at one of the 4 tables in back or in your car. Unless you live less then 10 minutes away, the food will be cold and greasy.Last two time I have been there I have not gotten a burger. Last time it was a corn dog and fries. The corn dog was great, the fries were good, not great.Today I had a real southern treat. A Baloney burger and onion rings. They were both awesome, I got fried onions on the baloney, and the rings were fresh and real.
Great hole in the wall burger joint. Take out only, with a few picnic tables around back.
What a great burger. Anything you get here is a classic and so tasty. I suggest the double with cheese and chili cheese fries. Yummm
Best Burger In Richmond. This is your classic hole-in-the-wall burger joint, and it does not disappoint. Keep in mind there is only outdoor seating (and a limited amount at that). My only complaint is that they offer only one type of cheese — American.
