Very prompt and friendly service. Delicious food. We had stuffed shells and chicken with spinach, prosciutto, and Alfredo. Everything was amazing.
LUNCH. Made reservations for lunch. Table was waiting. Greeted by Brook with smile and personality plus! The whole lunch was excellent. Rolls warm and delicious. Food was very good and quantity was excellent. Presentation was outstanding. All waitresses should be trained under Brook. Service A+ with bubbling attitude. WILL RETURN AND ENJOY AGAIN!
Best restaurant!. The Grapevine is the best restaurant I have ever been to. The service is incredible and the food is amazing, beyond amazing. I have worked in the service industry many years and can’t even think of one thing that wasn’t perfect about this restaurant. Every staff member is so polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable of every product. Ever since my first visit I crave their food regularly. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out and must try asap!
The Best!. I had several of my closest friends (6) together for a company party for Samuel Little Graphic Design, Inc. http://www.slgd.com. The food was spectacular! Everyone loved it. We will be going back. The Grapevine offers catering and a banquet room for any occasion you may have from business parties, birthday parties, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions, business lunches…you name it they have it all. Thanks again for a wonderful evening.
Always a pleasure. My husband and I have continued to come to this restaurant for several years now. I’m not sure why I haven’t taken the time to write a review before now. We like to support local places but it’s hard to do that if the service isn’t worth it. Grapevine is not only local but well worth it! The food portions arent too large; however I always end up with a little bit to take home. Most places, I usually order extra cheese on my dish even when its a baked dish. This is one restaurant where there is NO need to order extra at all! We have had pretty much everything on the menu at one time or another (we have been here for lunch and dinner). There isnt one thing on the menu that is bad; they are all good so anything you chose will be great. The restaurant is run by the family and you will be greeted by them at least once while you are dining. If its your first time in, they will make you feel like you belong here, they are very welcoming. If you have been here more than once, then you already know that you will feel like you are a part of the family. They are very appreciative of your business.
I recently moved to richmond from Northern Va and I am a huge Italian and Greek fan, So I had to find a new place for my favorite cravings. I tried all different restaurants and I have to say this place is phenomenal – and not just the food! The service is wonderful, the waiting staff makes sure your dining experience with them is perfect. Super down to earth people there. It is now my go to place for their pizza and their gyros. They have a great selection of wines and beer as well! Not to mention the drink specials! But seriously if you are craving Italian or Greek food, you must go here. I always make sure to order extra rolls too when I leave (ha!)
Great PIZZA!. I had a lunch meeting at the Grapevine this week. The pizza was perfect! I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza…the bread was thin and cooked to perfection. Not like other pizza places where all you get is bread and a little toppings. The bread thickness was perfect. That’s what I’m going to have next time! They also have veggie pizzas too!
