Staying at a nearby hotel led us to this Italian restaurant and we feel like we really got lucky. I grew up with Italian family members, and I am pretty picky when it comes to veal parmigiana. Something drastic has happened since the last review was written because the veal parmigiana I had last night was fantastic. It was made with very good meat, was tender and crispy, just the right amount of cheese and the sauce was authentic. When it came time to choose a restaurant tonight, my husband, who tasted my veal, asked if i would mind if we ate there again do that he could have the veal, He said his spaghetti and sausage last night was also very good and especially liked the soups both nights. If you live in this area and haven’t eaten here lately, you are missing a real treat. When in this area, we will definitely come back.
Not what it used to be. Veal was mealy. Sauce on my colleagues pasta was just crushed tomatoes and lacked any reason flavor. The table next to us ordered calamari and it had a VERY strong fishy smell as they passed our table. Service is still good but food quality has gone down
Service & food was very good. Lunch prices were very reasonable in the $8 to $15 range.
Pretty good overall. Average service, but good food
Too pricey for the service level, food descent
