Nice non-US-based Chain. It’s interesting to visit a non US-based restaurant chain to see how things work. The most interesting thing is that the food, while different, is still fried chicken. The flavor of the chicken is very nice – not the traditional thick battered crust that one normally sees but a thinner, more dense and spiced (not hot) crust. The chicken itself was very moist and tender – very good!!!The selection of sides is interesting – I opted for a biscuit, plantains and yucca. The biscuit isn’t anything special but to get plantains and yucca were a nice touch. Another nice touch is the salsa/pepper bar for those folks who need some spice to go with their meals.
