Never AGAIN!. My husband ordered us takeout from here tonight. The staff seemed to be closing up around 7:45/7:50 and were all lounging around the restaurant. The cook reported he would not be cooking anything else for the night, and the girl, I assume waitress was cleaning already. We ordered anyway. The food was mediocre at best. My sandwich was room temperature and dry as the Sahara, onion rings, could have been great, had they been hot at all. We probably won’t return here ever.
Bubba and Franks a good place to eat.. B&F is a lot like Southwest Airlines; It is no frills, they are good at what they do, theyre happy to see you and you get what you pay for plus. You order at the counter and the food is brought to you at your table. The BBQ and sides are all good, I like the mac and cheese, the corn and the greens. However, the ribs at times can be a bit dry unless you put additional sauce on them but they are still tasty. In addition to the food I am also very impressed with the staff at B&F. The staff is mainly high school kids who are well trained, respectful, engaged and work hard to ensure your order is correct, hot and you have everything you need. It is obvious that B&F take a personal interest in the staff and their training. I can easily recommend this restaurant to friends.
