I’ve been searching Norfolk high and low for the best general tso’s chicken and this ain’t it. It had more of a BBQ flavor than spicy/sweet GT chicken is known for. The rice was flavorless and the crab rangoon was too. We won’t ever be eating here again. My search goes on.
