Happy long time customer. My family has enjoyed Siagon One for many years, and have NEVER had bad food or bad service. I just can’t imagine…we have gone there in a party of 13 when out of town family visits and everything was wonderful. I just can’t imagine why someone was refused a Vietnamese spoon…last trip there we asked for and received them. Maybe there was a communication problem due to a servers limited English?? Our food is always fresh, hot and wonderful! They used to have, and may still have, a book with pictures of their food, as sometime the menu is a little confusing. Our servers have always been very helpful in explaining the different dishes. My family will definitely go back and hope Siagon One will be around for a long time!
Good atmosphere but bad food.The rice was undercooked and not hot.Apparenty their version of chicken stir fry involves chicken and a bunch of onion slices as its’ only vegetable. It took them far too long to prepare it, (I was just doing take out). I really want to go to a gas station to get something to wash the aftertaste away. The food aftertaste is almost similar to that taste after you throw up.I will not be returning… ever
