Barely adequate food at premium prices. Ordered a burger after the staff lied to me saying they used fresh meat not frozen. ordered medium rare and it came well done, sent it back, twice. The staff became rather rude, lied to my face when I asked if they saw any pink in the solidly brown burger. Ordered a steak instead, which wasn’t to bad, luckily they gave it to me at the burger price as that was the actual value. I’d recommend the Denney’s half a block away, much better value for your money and similar or better quality.
This is a typical hotel restaurant. Typical to me means that it’s adequate for guests who don’t have a choice but to eat there, or try it once without knowing. Breakfast is ok, but don’t expect anything special. It’s basic stuff for $10, and the coffee sucks. I also had dinner and had the chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was precooked. Again, merely adequate. Outside of the food, the place was dirty. Fingerprint smears all over the backs of the chairs, stains on the upholstered setees, and a questionable tablecloth. If traffic wasn’t so bad, I would drive to dine somewhere else, or maybe I’ll just do that later in the evening.
Well its just OK . looks really nice price seems fare on most things . but the foodis just heated preprepackaged food. Its like top of the line TV dinners. Its Saturday night place is dead and will stay that way if they don’t hire a chef. But I would eat here again if I was starving and to lazy to leave the hotel. Got NY cheese cake for desert it was tiny . looked like it came from food lions freezer. Had chicken pot pie for my meal. Definitely made from frozen stew with a pastry placed on top.
A Great Place to Celebrate!. Kris, the manager, was so helpful and cooperative as we planned my dad’s 80th birthday dinner celebration with our family. The food and service are wonderful and everyone enjoyed our time together. I have eaten there before and will definitely return.
Some of the worst service ever. I had an open mind when we arrived for dinner. It didn’t take long before I was very let down. We sat ourselves after trying to find a clean table. It took about 10 minutes before anyone showed up to take our order. It also took 3 different people to take our order, not sure why that was. The wait staff appeared to be totally clueless. I had to ask for a drink from the bar, I was not asked by the woman that waited on us. We had to coax them to bring us a menu. The food showed up (appetizers were lukewarm at best). The quality of the food left much to be desired. I had to flag down someone to bring our bill. Once I got it, I promptly took it up to the bar so I could pay and get the heck out of there. I asked the bartender if the poor service was normal, she assured me it wasn’t, but that they were busy that night. I have no idea what they were busy doing as they were very few people in the restaurant. The end of the world will come before I ever go back there.I would have tried to take a few photos of the menu to post, but I didn’t think it was really worth the trouble.
EAT HERE!!!!. Excellent food, even better service. Our waiter was very attentive and plesant. We ordered ribeyes, which were big, delicious and cooked perfectly. The rolls are super good and they brought us two baskets of them (my boyfriend is a bread hog). We will be returning several times.
