Service. I have ordered 2 times now the first time was Pizza and it was very good and delivered Hot.. This time it was steak subs and onion rings and the food was great and it was delivered Hot. I have used alot of sub shops in this area and i really think this was has them beat on price, quaility and very nice people to deal with.
We really enjoyed our delivered 20 inch Deluxe Pizza, Jalapeo Poppers and free Garlic Bread Knots. Free knots with $20 or more. The pizza was tasty and huge and they even went outside of their delivery range on a busy and freezing Friday night. Great customer service! We’ll be back for more.
Y A M M M I I I !!!!!. Bella Famous newyork pizza is one of the best places to go get good, comforting service. Then presented with nice and excellent food. The place is set to look nice and calm i would recommend a remodeling to the place but over all very clean and the service top noche, i recommend everyone to go there… the best pizza around so far, thank u.
Last night was one of the memorable dine in experience I had with my family, after my join closed down I decided to try bella pizzeria next to the Walmart, on a Friday night the service n the food was outstanding, i had a calzone which was delicious, my wife had a veal parm dinner like no other, my two kids shared a pizza that they couldn’t have enough… I left the place kicking myself I the butt why I didn’t try them before… I take off my hat to the owner, kitchen staff for that little place n for sure we going back…
Terrible delivery service!. We have eaten at the restaurant several times and honestly the food was good and moderately priced. A few weeks ago we called for home delivery and were told it would be at least an hour and a half so we said no thanks and ordered elsewhere. Tonight we ordered again and were told 45 minutes so we said ok. After an hour wait I called and asked where the pizza was…. it was on the way and if it arrived cold they would reimburse us. Almost an hour and a half after ordering ift arrived… COLD. When I called to have them credit us as promised I was told not to eat the pizza and they would credit us back after their driver picked up the pizza. REALLY????? When I said forget it … I would keep the pizza and never eat there again… since I would have to order elsewhere now and wait again… they said they were sorry I felt that way. So a word to the wise… Don’t order delivery from this pizza place… their customer service skills STINK!
Best Christmas Dinner!. A few months back, a couple friends and I went to grab a pizza from Bella’s. We noticed they were open on Christmas Day and said we should come to brighten their Christmas! So Come December 25th, we all went out and ordered the biggest pizza they had, the 24′, thinking it was going to be around $35, we were shocked when it was 20 bucks. The whole crew was super friendly and even put on a little show, flipping pizza dough in the air. He let me try… but it was more than an epic fail. It was a super Christmas Dinner! Definitely one I will never forget.
Getting the food takes forever, it feels like, but it’s definitely worth it because the food is delicious. I love the eggplant parmesan and I’ve never been disappointed in their pizza. They kind of can’t gauge their ready-time for orders so if I were you I’d add about 10-15 minutes to the time they tell you your food will be ready over the phone.
