DISAPPOINTED!!!. Me and my Husband went here last night for dinner. We love this restaurant and we often go here for date nights. Except last night was very disappointing and upsetting. The service that we received was very poor! The server took forever to get our order and take our food out. We have to ask around to other servers/busboy to get our drinks or look for our server. She didn’t even bother to check on us how’s our food or do some refills on our drink! This is so far the worst service we’ve had! The restaurant is great,but there’s always that one person to ruin everything! Pls retrain your server Megan G. (Yes I even remember her name!) coz she doesn’t know what a good customer service really mean.
Not going back.. Tried Bravo Cucina for the first time tonight. To me, it’s just another blah chain restaurant. I was expecting the food to be a little better considering the reviews I saw on Google but I was wrong. If you like unauthentic, boring, americanized, oversized portions then you’ll probably like it. My new name for the restaurant— Brav-no!

I went there for a nice authentic Italian taste and feel, and that’s exactly what I got. I made a reservation and showed up early and they still got us seated quickly on a Saturday night at 8 pm. The waitress was very good at her job and paid attention to details well. I’m very critical about food and service I receive and Bravos is defiantly up to par. I can recommend the Bravo pasta and the Sausage Tortelloni. Overall I was very pleased. I will recommend and return again.
Atmosphere is very nice, especially the patio. Waitstaff is good looking. Sadly, food could be a lot better especially when they charge so much!
My friends and i had dinner party of 7And when it was time for our individual check i chose to pay cash my bill was $44 i gave the server $50 then she came back telling that i only gave her $35 and im wondering, WHAT?? I only have two $5 bills where did she get the other $5 i counted my money and definitly missing a $20 so im guessing ahe pocketed my money!!!! Im not eating there again very bad experince i will call the restaurant and complain to the manager!!
Great Service. The food was very good, no better than Carraba’s or another upscale Italian chain but we were very impressed with the service. We were waiting too long to be sat and they accidently sat someone below us first, the manger very quickly comped us an appetizer. The waitress was very attentive and great.
