Dont bother ordering ahead. The manager here doesnt understand the concept. The entire staff ignores you completely if you dont go through the ordering line. Theres not even someone dedicated to the register. When you stand at the register waiting to pay, the employees make every effort to avoid eye contact. When you call out to them, they pretend your food is being worked on (even though its 10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time). They even pretend a particular employee is working on your order. They point her out. Then, five minutes later, that employee hands what was supposed to be your food to another customer. Thats when the lot of them figures out that NO ONE HAS EVEN STARTED YOUR FOOD. So the manager, who has still purposely not made eye contact, shows surprise upon hearing youre waiting on a call-ahead order (which he would have known if he hadnt worked so hard not to acknowledge you). Then he scrambles looking for the order, which he finds next to the phone on a notepad. Then he proceeds to make the food. When hes done, which is 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be picked up, he hands the food over with the words, Im sorry for your wait. Thats it??? Yep, that it!!! Then, when you tell him that the whole purpose of calling ahead is to have the order ready when one arrives, He explains that they dont like to make things early because the orders can get cold. This he says, even though they ask you on the phone for a specific pick up time. The manager here is prepared to go on making excuses and BS-ing you with anything that comes to his mind as long as you stand in front of him. What he is not prepared to do is apologize SINCERELY and admit there was an oversight. He is willing to give you his GMs, but he does so with a broad canary-eating smirk, which suggests he is confident she will not care.
