Dont come at night!!!. Have been waiting literally 30 mins to be seated and there’s barely anyone here. Waitresses just kept staring at me as I waited patiently. Wait staff at night is uncaring and act very unprofessional. I will not be coming back.
Pleasant staff and good value.. The staff was pleasant and honest, asked my standard question – frozen or fresh beef in the burgers. It was frozen so I ordered an omelette. Unlike some places they didn’t try to lie to me about the beef, it’s easy to tell. The omelette was well prepared and tasty. Will come back.
They remodeled but the management is the same – we stopped coming here because it was untidy, floors were sticky, slow service, chipped cups … The remodel looks so much better, but if u keep the same staff/ management, the same problems will continue. We ate here last week and although it was a nicer cleaner atmosphere, it was still untidy, tables not cleared (no bussing?) friendly but slow staff.
Now that they remodel they no longer accept AARP, unless you purchase coffee. And you only get $1.00 off A cup of coffee not the meal or your companions. So more seniors have been coming in AARP is has been busy. Guess we’ll find a new place to eat.06 Sep, 2013Order anything except their belgium waffle. The last time I was there with a client of mines, the guy who was at the cash register was nasty and rude. He did not want to except my clients AARP card. our waitress forgot half of my meal. By the time she re-appear and bought the rest of my food, we were almost done. Never had such an horrible experience as i did on 8/13/13. I use to go there often, but after that incident I will no longer eat there.
Much, much better since new management was hired, place was renovated, and the manager revamped the staff. Our waitress went above and beyond to work with food allergies and sensitivities. It’s still a cheap eats kind of place, but the food, atmosphere, and staff are exponentially better. (We stopped going to this Denny’s location because the food consistently made us feel ill and the service was lackluster at best.) Good job improving the place.
