Chef in Tank Top !. I was very surprised to see the man, who I first thought was wait staff, prepare our food. He was wearing a black tank top, no hat. We should have walked out, but my husband said at least his hands are covered. I still was hoping that someone would tell him to find a shirt. The waitress took our order and served us with her coat on. I did not care for the miso soup, but the rolls were okay. Matsu Sushi, was closed at the time, we should have waited that place is amazing.
