The Chicken Chimichanga is Outstanding!. One of my favorite Mexican dishes is the chicken chimichanga. Since I’m usually on the run, I was so delighted when I discovered El Gran Rodeo offers this delectable dish to-go. The chicken chimichanga comes in an aluminum container with a salad, re-fried beans and tortilla chips. I always specify no salad, because the heat from the meal usually cooks it. I like to crunch in a couple of the tortilla chips with the re-fried beans. Pure perfection!
