Wow…just stopped there since our power was out. Hungry! Tried to order and was told they ‘aren’t Serving food because some people drank too much and caused problems’. HOW IS THIS MY FAULT? unreal customer service, will go elsewhere.
I went to Keagan’s Irish Pub at TownCenter with a buddy of mine to catch a game and have dinner. The atmosphere is pretty cool. Has the Irish Drinking Pub feel and there are tons of TV’s. After surveying the menu we both ordered Burgers. They were really good. I had a Bacon Cheddar Burger with Fries. It as hot, juicy, and tasty. This place is not a kids venue for sure. Great Beer selection and and good service. I’ll go back.
The new owner should have left things as is. Food is smaller and taste worse now and no more boneless wings?! Got rid of the drinks of the month leaving only 1 beer of the month, boring. Unless you’re a cute guy, I feel they don’t pay you any mind.
Not worth it anymore. The baxty was overbooked and no gravy at all, service was meh, and the Guinness had what looked like coffee rinds floating in it.
Ownership change…declining quality and service. Have been a long time patron (over 3 yrs). Used to be a friendly, well run, nice local restaurant. It fell under new ownership/mgmt in May 2014 and it has steadily gone downhill since. The menu has been reduced. The daily specials that were attractive have been withdrawn, The menu items have been manipulated so that only the higher-priced ones remain. The ‘security’ staff is boorish and overbearing. I cannot recommend this place in good faith to anyone anymore. I personally will be finding another local restaurant to frequent.30 May, 2014Ownership change….declining quality and service. Greasy, fried pub grub. Cheeseburgers are WAAAY over-rated and not even a good value at half price!
Horrible Food!!!!!!. My girlfriend and I ate at Keagan’s for the first and last time last night. It was one of the worst meals we have ever had. We both took one bite and pushed it to the side. It was inedible. I have been in the restaurant business for 16 years now and understand how hard it can be so I never complain or cause a scene in any restaurant, no matter how bad the food or service is, but the problem I really had was when our server returned to the table we were never asked if there was a problem, only if we would like to go boxes then were given our check. So we paid full price for two bites of food and went to McDonald’s on the way home.
