Kolache Factory where have you been all my life? So I’ve only been able to visit this lovely place right when they open at 6 am due to my work schedule but I absolutely love it. Everyone is all bright eyed, bushy tailed and super friendly. I can pick up my breakfast and my lunch at the same time but sometimes my lunch doesn’t make it to lunch time. They are that good! If you come this early they will ask you if you want your food warmed before they give it to you so don’t be alarmed. They have all kinds of Kolache’s so make sure you take a good look at the menu. They offer Kolache combos too. I say that because getting these little dough filled balls of goodness can add up quickly. I always say I’m only going to get 2-3 but end up walking out with a box full. My favorites are the potato egg and cheese Kolache, the beef bar-b-que Kolache, and the Italian chicken Kolache. I’ve had a few others but those are definitely at the top of the list for me. The beef bar-b-que has to be smoked beef brisket because it sure does taste like it. Biting into that one brings me back memories of standing in smoke shack lines back in Texas. It’s so delicious. No matter which ones you choose I don’t think you will be disappointed. Don’t forget to pick up some fruit filled ones for dessert!
