WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! We waited for two hours for our meals. Sent them back twice both times came back horrible and cold and the filet mignon was tough – I could not cut my steak with a steak knife. Lobster tail was cold. Manager asked us to pay for the wine – too warm to drink. Frites were also cold.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We were a party of 12 with reservations at 6. We ordered and did not start receiving our meal until 715. 3 of us did not get any food, 5 of us got cold food, one got the meal not as ordered and only 3 got the correct meal that was the proper temperature. We had tickets for a convert @8 and had to request our bills several times. We were not charged for our meals (i never even got mine) but were were charged for all drinks. Terrible manager response. Will not ever recommend to anyone
