    This location is horrible for service especially on the weekend. I have been on three separate occasions and was told my wait time was 30-40 mins. The first time I waited for over an hour and had a buzzer it never went off and when I asked how much longer I was told my name was called. I was sitting right there and buzzer never went off and name was NOT called. Had to wait 30 more minutes to get seated. The second time I was told 45 mins, an hour and a half later we were sat at a table for four with 6 guests. We couldn’t even eat without overlapping plates and squeezed on top of each other. The third time I was told 30 min wait an hour later I asked how much longer they said 30 mins. I sat there as numerous people asked how much longer and the hostess would say we called your name already. They had had buzzers in hand that didn’t go off. Hmm sounds familiar I left and will not return

    You fo NOT hand a 4 year old kid a knife wrapped in a knapkin. That’s just common sense. You DO give the adults something to eat with instead of fingers without their asking. The spps were good The BB Sangria a little strong but good. An hour since seating and still no entree’. The staff is courteous but forget simple tho important things. Very busy tonight but no excuse. Would return but would consider elsewhere first.

    Excellent Management. After having a not so great experience with the hostesses (promising a reservation, when in fact they weren’t reserving tables), I wrote an e-mail to the owner of the restaurant explaining the issue, however expecting no response. The owner promptly called me two days later, apologizing for the issue, inquiring further into the problem to fix it in the future, and then offered to send us a gift card for a dinner on him. I was completely blown away by the excellent customer service and the true passion the owner has for his business. Had it not been for the hostesses that evening, it would have been the perfect meal. Despite the hiccup, the owner completely changed my opinion of the management of that location and I will be returning!

    Great food! Great service! But NO WI-FI??? Outback, get with the program. All of your competitors offer free WI-FI. Until then, I guess I’ll just have to patronize them instead.
