Fun place to play pool and drink,but eating I wouldn’t ! I was just told to take my beanie off in q masters but two dogs were allowed to walk freely in the dinning area. While I was playing pool one of the dogs came to the table and pissed right in front of us . Not happy about this at all.
Pool leagues. This place is great to play multiple pool leagues at during the week. Needless to say I used to come here all the time. The food is not bad. THe wait staff however could use some help.
Military come support this place!. Went their last night for Military Tuesday, it was awesome. All military gets free pool all day and night at Qmasters, just had to share. It is super cool of them to support us like that! There are usually 100-150 military people shooting pool there when I go, gotta love that.
Pretty cool place. I recently drove past Q-Master Billiards and thought that I would walk into a little run own pool and was lastly surprised. I walked in and was greeted in a professional manner and asked if I wanted smoking or non, a big table or small table. I chose a smoking, big table. I was shocked to walk into another section of this pool room. This place is huge. The waitress said there are 72 tables. The food was great and I have a few beers that were reasonably priced at $2.50. Everyone was nice and I enjoyed myself. I felt compelled to write something after seeing some harsh reviews, I personally will go back to play some pool and feel that everyone should give this place a fair chance as you cannot always believe everything your read.
Anyone rating this place high either is employed or related!. Service was HORRIBLE. Be expecting to track the waitress down each and everytime! Other than having plenty of pool tables…TERRIBLE. Played maybe 2 hours and ordered 4 drinks. Because I only gave a $5.00 tip (which I thought was sufficient for drinks) the MANAGER came up to us and actually asked us to give the waitress more money. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Didn’t realize we were at a 5 Star joint and doesn’t matter if your only ordering BEERS. Never again!!! Not to mention a friend of mine on another occasion was told if you don’t leave a better tip don’t bother coming back…needless to say…only 1 drink was ordered. Not worth the anger!
Cool hang out spot. Cool place in Hampton Roads with good food and cheap prices, can not go wrong if you are looking for something fun to do in VB. I go there a lot for lunch so I can get free pool with my lunch order. It is a fun place, try it out.
Food is great. Awesome Food! 73 pool tables and great service! Free Pool for military on Tuesdays. Great Place.
