I didn’t see any recent reviews and decided to try it out since it’d been a long time. It is much better than I remember it being in the past. In particular, the bruschetta was among the best I’ve ever had. The ambiance was great and so was our server. The restaurant was pretty empty but I’ll definitely be returning to try more from the menu.

Wonderful. My girlfriend had the Grilled Salmon and she raved about the rich taste and how succulent it tasted! I had the Pork Chop Vesuvio and it was fantastic…..the Pork Chop was about one inch thick and it was so moist and sweet…..I have never had such a delicious Pork Chop. I asked to speak to the manager…..Kevin…..he explained how the Pork Chops are soaked in a brine for 36 hours, etc….. Our server was named Christopher…..he was very engaging, polite and professional. He seemed to be near our side every time we wanted this or that. I think that Romano’s Macaroni Grill will be a spot that we frequent often…..Everyone should experience the food and service that we truly enjoyed!!!!17 Feb, 2013Surprise, surprise, surprise. My girlfriend and I have had some difficult times finding a restaurant that we both enjoyed. Voila…..Romano’s Macaroni Grill rates a 96 out of 100. There appertizers were way over the top…..surprisingly tasty and truly enjoyable…..there entrees were way over the top…..the service and attention paid to us via Candice and other servers was way over the top…..everyone needs to go there and open their minds to the many many options available…..We will be returning again and again.
Poor management and inefficient kitchen staff. Wednesday night dinner, empty restaurant and we were told 15 to 20 minute wait. Finally seated in a booth that might as well have been in the kitchen. Simple order of tapas and Italian nachos. Kitchen forgot the anchors while they were messing around Limited and nonprofessional kitchen crew We’ll try again, but the place is on our probation list.
I usually love this restaurant, but had a very unfortunate experience. We had a party of 16 so I called several days in advance to make a reservation and even called the day of to confirm. Upon our arrival 40 minutes prior to our reservation time (wanted to be as accommodating as possible) we were rudely informed that they had been waiting for us and were preparing our table. In the next 40 minutes our entire party had arrived and we still had not recieved an update from the hostess. Once we had reached the 15 minute marker past our reservation time I politely asked for an update. Still weren’t seated for another 20 minutes or so. Our waitresses were both very kind, and apologetic for the wait and did their best to stay on top of all of all of us. When we recieved our meals, the flatbread pizza was burned to the point that it was black and had to send it back and many people in our group mentioned that their food seemed over done and very disapointed with the quality. I understand we were a large party but we did everything possible to notify the restaurant we were coming and were very lunderstanding the entire evening. Would not recommend.
Great family restaurant. We originally went to the Cheesecake Factory but it was loaded with people with a long wait. We decided to go across the street to Macaroni Grill. It was busy, but we were seated quickly. Our server was very friendly and talkative, and the food was great! This was our second trip to the Macaroni Grill and I would take it over the Cheesecake Factory in a heartbeat. Little to no waiting on a weekend, and a noise level you can actually communicate comfortably with your date or friends over.
