Nasty seafood on pizza. Ordered from this place on the recommendation from the hotel we stayed at the night before our AM flight. Ordered the seafood pizza and I have no idea how seafood could taste so nasty this close to the ocean. Pretty sure it was the crab meat, which is even more confusing since it is crab season. So gross I threw it out after one bite. The hotel gave us a menu that indicated $2 off any pizza Monday to Wednesday (it was a Tuesday night) and the restaurant didn’t honor it, indicating that the hotel had old menus (no big deal, only $2, but there was no expiration date on the menu offer so by good principle it should’ve been honored and the menus changed out at the hotel). Also ordered pizza fries which were edible. Ordered all this food and they brought just one napkin, 1 paper plate….without asking how many may be needed…seemed like a weird number to fault to since we ordered so much food.
WORST SERVICE EVER. I placed an online order and then called and spoke to Tina to make sure my order was correct. She assured me that it would be and to my surprise it was not!!!! I called back to ask why my order was wrong and she told me that as soon the driver came back, she would send my order. I called back 40 minutes later and she said the driver was just leaving. When I asked for a refund I get put on hold and some man who claims to be the general manager gets rude and belligerent with me. The overall experience was horrible and hell will freeze over before I ever patronize this place again. Unfortunately for them a huge constituency of my co workers use to eat there, however I have been telling them all to boycott this horrible venue.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was the worst customer service ever! It took over an hr and half to have my food delivered which was cold and they forgot our dressing for wings. They made excuses the whole time. They said our food got cold because it was leaning against the soda in the car. When I called the manager to let them know, she could have cared less. I told her everything that happened and she said thanks for trying us…and pretty much gave up on the fact that we would ever come back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE.
Poor customer service by manager. We order at least once a week and normally have good food delivered.. We order online… Tonight I wanted to add to my order so called… Anything ordered online cannot be changed and the manager had no idea about the website.. Told me to look to find a way to change it… And I was trying to add something??????
Fantastic!. Sunrise Pizzeria was a huge surprise. Though the reviews indicated that we would like it, we were still kind of weary Too many times before we hear about the best pizza only to be a let down. Anyhow, Sunrise Pizzeria was not let down whatsoever. The Buffalo Wings were phenomenal & the Pizza was awesome. We just had a simple Pepperoni & Feta, but were impressed with the taste. What I liked about the wings was that they were rather large & they were adequately sauced. The pizza tasted great & they didnt skimp on the toppings. All in all, it was awesome pizza & wings! So glad we went!!!
Best wings outside Buffalo!. We ordered from here a week ago (thin crust pizza and wings). We did receive the wrong toppings on our pizza, but when we called the manager offered to send a new pizza over (we opted for a discount on a future purchase). The pizza was AMAZING! This is the ONLY place we will be getting pizza from in the future. The wings were soooooo delicious!!! We ordered them extra crisp with sauce on the side (to preserve crispness). You won’t be disappointed!!
Barney Gugal. The best tasting Italian Sausage sub I’ve had in many a year, nice and messy with sauteed onions & peppers melted Provolone cheese, on a fresh roll. A taste sensation. Keep up the good work.
