Bad customer service. Would not use them for a wedding they don’t leave boxes so you can pack up leftovers said it was not their policy in transport to house 50 cupcakes got damaged no boxes had to throw them away called asked for 2 dozen so daughter could take to her co workers in a nursing home all they would give me was 1 dozen we ordered 125 for wedding never again I would go back there or tell my friends
Poor service and selection.. I guess if you are looking for a fancy, overpriced, flavored latte, then you should go here!! but if you are actually looking for a desert, then….maybe you should go somewhere else. slow service, and it takes forever to make those expensive drinks…..im sure i waited ten minuets while 2 drinks were made. then, i didn’t get a cupcake because there were none! it was slim pickens while i was there. there was a baby behind the counter with the two employees, which is all well and good…. until im waiting forever to just get my son a brownie. i was not impressed at all. maybe ill go back and try some cake, if they actually have any to chose from.
Dry Cupcakes. The first time I tried your cupackes I thought maybe this was just a bad day. I have had them several times now and there is no change. They are the driest cupcakes I ever had. Everyone that I know that have purchased them has agreed with me. Just ask some of your neighbors in the shopping center, Ntelos, Office Max, Subway AT&T etc. The Lemon Bars are okay. I won’t be coming back unless you change your receipe.
Not good. Dry, very limited selections. You see a name like Sweet Temptations and especially the DESSERT CAFE portion and youd be inclined to thunk that there would be MANY different options available and this just wasnt the case. Also, a bit on the expensive end for cookies and cupcakes. They were very friendly however.
