Good Pakistani food. This place was neat and clean. The food was good and more Pakistani style than Indian. there were many chicken dishes but not enough lamb dishes. They need to add more lamb/goat/beef items.
I’m playing the race card…. Yea, I hate to admit it, but I’m going to have to call this one out. I felt extremely unwelcomed. First of all, I love indo-pak dining. I have only been eating it for about a year now, but since I started I easily have it a few times a week. Naturally, I go to different locations to see what they have to offer. With the exception of Hydera Bodi, I have never felt so uncomfortable just trying to eat a meal. From the second I walked in the door I felt like a science exhibit. Now, when you go to a location like this, you expect to be the minority. No problem though, this is America right? We should all be able to get along and enjoy each others cultural offerings. Apparently Kabab Bistro disagrees. I got nothing but glares and weird looks the whole time. Really??? I could tell they were muttering things about me as they look my way and look back at each other. Some were giggling. It was almost like they were saying: hey, this is our place, go to Longhorn Steakhouse white boy. I mean if a white person is calling racism, that has to say something right? I have never been happier to just pay my check and leave. My advice is if you like indo-pak food, go somewhere else because apparently KB is the equivalent of a country club that frowns on those who don’t fit in. Oh, and by the way KB, your chana was too watery and rice was dry as though it had been sitting out somewhere a long time. Good luck winning over the West End.
Best kabab in richmond area.. This is the best pakistani kabab place in richmond area. i love there kabab.there weekend buffet is amazing . there deal kid eat free is such good deal for weekend.
So good – try it you’ll love it!!. I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is delicious! It is a good place for vegatarians as well since there are many spinach and rice and tons of veggie dishes. All are spiced perfectly. The quality of food is so good. I love the dinner buffet. The Naan bread is good, although I don’t go to a restaurant for bread I go for overall quality of food and this place wins on all fronts! I have been here about 7-8 times and find myself craving this place weekly now! The Raita is included and is so good it is Pakastian style and a bit thicker than Northern Indian Raita. Each time the buffet includes 3-4 chicken dishes and 5-7 veggie dishes. The Tandori Chicken is typically dry at most Indian places but here it wins out. I just thought all Tandori Chicken was overcooked and yuk…until now…..their Tandori is moist and I always go back for second helpings. It falls off the bone. and it is not too salty! Their bean dishes are all so spiced wonderfully with fresh ginger and herbs. Very aromatic – love this place. I posted two photos so you can see what I mean!! Great food for cheap eats. You can’t beat it. Go when really hungry since it is all you can eat and high quality. I am NOT a BUFFET fan at ALL but I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

This place was fantastic! Great food, warm Pakistani atmosphere, friendly attentive staff. Definitely on my short list.
Nice atmosphere and tasty food… the right amount of spices, and above average service… overall 4 stars
