From outside it appears to be a very small place but its just the entrance. It is really big place.You would rethink if you are in a restaurant and not a bar with so much emphasis on beer everywhere you see, wall , paintings napkins, glasses etc.It has a huge variety in menu and also caters to vegetarians like me. That’s impressive!Just one caution, – they take orders a little too quickly – so make sure your customization is noted well.All in all a great place!
I could spend all day here. Food is amazing on so many levels. All their dishes taste authentic. Well, from what I’ve had for the most part. Their beer selection is also plentiful and enough to keep the night interesting! I love seeing a mixed crowd here at all times, you can tell people really appreciate this place. I definitely do!
By far the best place to eat in Richmond for the price! Get a rice noodle bowl and ask for peanut sauce, it will change your life!

Ordered a pho and a some sort of beef dish. None tasted good. I highly recommend pho so 1 instead if u want decent pho dish. The beer selection is good but I m not paying $7 for a small wine glass beer again. This is our first and last trip to Mekong.

Yum!. My wife and I were in town doing the tourist thing and we wanted something we couldn’t get at home. there are no Vietnamese restaurants where we live so we decided to try Mekong. I’m glad we did. the food was great, the beers fabulous and the service top notch. off we lived here in Richmond, we’d be regulars. This was as great experience.
