The only reason I’m giving this place a 1.0 is because 0.0 wasn’t an option. Extremely rude service is just the start. The subs are ok for the price but the last time I went, I ordered a sub and a small fry. If you have been to this restaurant or have been to a 5 guys you know that the small fry cup is pretty tiny and they usually dump another handful on top so it’s a fair value. The employee only filled the cup which was roughly 5-10 fries (a complete insult) and when I went back to ask them about it the manager told him to remake it he basically gave me the same 5-10 fries and then proceeded to act like a child that he was being told to remake it. I was so insulted at the lack of respect that I vowed to never return and I haven’t nor will I ever. This place is nothing but angry and pretentious. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I had to greet him we ordered and paid and he gives my credit card and receipt to my friend without even looking up and saying thanks. One cook cleaning grill @7pm while other customers food is cooking I got great pic for the health dept.
