I LOVE Vietnamese food and this is the best in Richmond by far. The Pho is phantastic!! The rice paper rolls with bbq pork are also divine!. The place is quaint and service is friendly and efficient. They only take cash so come prepared. But the prices are very affordable so enjoy! Don’t let the location and exterior scare you off.
