Great Mexican! The chicken and steak are both awesome. I think it’s the best Mexican in Richmond.
Was very disappointed as I had heard good things about this place. Food was nothing special. Overly salty and not very creative. I could have gone to any old Mexican place and gotten the same for half the price. Don’t waste your time or money.
Wasn’t impressed. The worst Mexican food I have had in Richmond. Just because it is in the westend doesn’t make it good. If you want good Mexican, go to The Patron.
My lady and I have been coming here for some time and everything has been on point. This past weekend we placed a take out order and when we got home we realized half the order wasn’t in there. We immediately called and spoke with their manager Cesar. He returned the money for the part of the meal we hadn’t received and bought our dinner the next time we came in. That’s proper customer service. No restaurant is perfect, but not all of them are so quick and willing to make the issue ok. Ten thumbs up!!
Underwhelming. I had high hopes for the restaurant after having a great experience at the one in Williamsburg, but our waiter was rude, the food was bland and the service was slow. Also, definitely not gluten-free friendly.
Always overccoked. I have ordered the queso fundido three times and every time i get it, the cheese is completely burned away, and all that is left is the burnt meat sitting on the plate. I rerturn it and they always bring out a good one, but what the hell? it has to be sitting under the heat lamp for 10 mins. other food is so so. Ritas are good though!
Great Food!. My wife and I go to the one on 60 near Powhite. We love the food there. The Burrito Mex is good, the Chipotle Enchiladas are my favorite. The fillings all taste fresh and original. So many Mexican restaurants in Richmond use the Taco Bell recipes, everything taste the same. Not here. The service was great too.
