Real Thai in RVA. This place is awesome. Real Thai food and really kind service. Get the mango sticky rice, just do it. Go have great food and a good time.
Best Thai Food in Town!. This is the best Thai in the whole city if you ask me. Took me about 3 visits until i was hooked.Much better than anything in fan/vcu/carytown area.
Wow, outstanding Thai food! We can’t understand why this place isn’t jammed.
Best food I ever had. The food was very fresh and authentic. Plus everything is so clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend it and come back again!
Meh. The interior is nice, the service was decent, but I was disappointed. I ordered red curry and for what ever reason they make it with ‘coconut broth’ which is basically chicken broth with some ghastly fake flavoring. It didn’t feel authentic curry but a bastardized american version. Also very certain that it was not gluten free. May be good for other dishes but lacking authenticity.
Food was good but not worth the wait time. Took 20 minutes to get drinks, 20 minutes to take order, 30 minutes to get food, 20 more minutes to get check once finished with meal. We then had to walk up to pay because we were tired of waiting.
Great Flavor Combinations!. Tip Thai is in an unassuming strip mall on Staples Mill Road, but once again, if you follow your nose, and the locals, you’ll come up with a winner. The dishes we had were full of flavor, the meats and vegetables were fresh, and the portions were generous. You could do worse for Thai food, and we have, but we’ll go back to sample some more dishes soon.
