Always good, service always top notch. Definitely a regular spot for brunch, lunch and dinner. Personal favorite is the lobster bisque, followed by the prime rib sandwhich.
Terrible experience. We have been to BRG many times and have always enjoyed it. Tonight the service was as bad as I have ever had anywhere. We were seated at 6:30 we asked for drinks and bread (they usually bring bread without you having to ask) it took 6:45 we got drinks and at 7:05 we got bread. Between 6:30 and 7:00 we asked three different people for bread. I went to find a manager I saw a woman at the bar register that looked like a manager and walked towards her as I got close she tried to walk away but I stopped her. I tried to tell her about my experience and she obviously did not want to hear it because she walked away while I was talking. When I got back to the table we had just received some bread. 10 minutes later the manager shows up with bread. Really? We then had good drink refills once and never saw our waitress again. The manager never came back to check on us. Lucky for them my wife got the bill and gave a 15% tip I, for the first time in my life, would have written ZERO. Won’t be going back there. The bill was $178 without tip.
