Great biergarten chill date place. I was looking for a chill place off the beaten path that was different for my next date. You know one of those places that isn’t like all the other restaurants all formal and such. I think I found what I am looking for with Doner Bistro. There wasn’t a long line, it had a great beer selection, I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It felt like a good getaway from the norm, like a hidden secret that I was fortunate to discover. Give it a try its fun and different in a good way.
Food was excellent. My dining companion lived in Germany and loved it too. Had the Doner box and pommes- yum. Casual, pet friendly in the biergarten, and super friendly staff.
AMAZING!. I was TDY to Germany a few years ago and could not locate the infamous Doner Kebab upon returning to the states. As luck and fate would have it, I moved to Leesburg, VA and stumbled upon Doener Bistro and have been absolutely in love ever since! The owner is wonderful and so friendly, the music is very German and European, the food is PHENOMENAL, and the beer choice is great! With only special imports from Germany, you can go wrong with the beer selection! It is a great hangout for great German hand food in the best town in NOVA! Hands down, Doener Bistro is a gem and one of a kind!
