Annoying Owner/Bad food & service. The owner of Jasmine Chinese is obnoxiously annoying. I wanted to just enjoy a pleasant meal with my friend but she kept talking to us while we ate. It was pretty obvious that we did not appreciate her hovering over us as we ate our dinner..my friend and I were just really annoyed and creeped out..The owner needs to know her place in the restaurant..no wonder her staff and service is terrible! As far as the food..the sushi has been delicious lately because of a recent addition of a new head chef named Roman. I wouldn’t spend my money and time there if it weren’t for the sushi chef. Definitely ask for chef Roman if you ever do go there! His food is amazingly good and fresh. As for the chinese side, the food is terrible. Way too salty, greasy, and way too fatty. I ordered eggrolls with my friend and it looked like they ordered it frozen and thawed it out. She and all my other friends will not be eating chinese food here ever!
Going downhill. I’ve been going here since they opened. Hadn’t been for a while. Slow service and order was incomplete. When I asked about the rest, all staff disapeared for 15 min., then told me they were out of the rest of my order. No apology, just excuses. Two members of my party ended up stuck in the restroom the rest of the evening. Won’t be going back due to owner and kitchen not taking care of guests. The rest of the food was good however.
