My family will not be going back to this establishment unless another restaurant moves in. First, we ordered sweet tea and was brought unsweetened tea. If we had been told that they did not have sweet tea, we would have ordered a different drink. Second, we ordered the fajitas. They came out in a regular plate, not the sizzling plate commonly used. They were cold . The food seemed to be under seasoned and bland. My son wanted the beef tacos. They came out with everything. Most kids do not like all that stuff, including mine. So we shared our fajitas with him. After we finished the fajitas, my husband and I tried my son’s tacos. The beef was disgusting. I took one bite and could barely swallow it. So now with the bad taste in my mouth and no unsweetened tea to drink, we waited for the check. It never came. We walk to the cash register, paid and left, never to return.

Two food hemispheres right here!. This little cottage on the outskirts of Old Town Leesburg is a gem, an unpolished Latin food diamond! My wife and I frequent when visiting Leesburg and weve never been let down. Actually, we took my Mother-in-Law there once when visiting from the Northwest she gave it her blessing as a really good eatery. Starting with ample parking, La Chocita is the only restaurant Ive had the pleasure eating at that can actually have bragging rights to multiple cuisines of the Americas, and do them all well. They offer good old American (U.S. of A.) hamburgers and the like, Salvadoran Pupusas, Peruvian-style Rotisserie Chicken, Traditional Mexican assortments, a litany of deserts, just to mention a few. When eating there recently we had the Agua de Tamarindo beverage, I had the fantastic Bolivian Silpancho consisting of 2 Fried Eggs over a tender Steak, with white rice, fries and a salad side. We shared Mexican chips and salsa, and my wife got her Latin-American fave of Peruvian Lomo Saltado, which is Marinated Beef Strips over fries, white rice and salad side. We enjoyed great side portions Salvadoran Maduros (plantains) and Beans with cheese sauce YUM and tried their Pupusas de Pollo (chicken pupusas) – fantastic. Whatever and however these folks do, theyve been doing it extremely well for years now, and we keep coming back. For a great Latin-American potpourri of flavors, this is the one-stop youve been looking for all under one roof! Here you will have a Bon apptit!
