Not so good anymore. After my glowing review previously, I need to revise it. I hadn’t eaten there in the past month. My wife and I decided to go eat there. It appears that the management has changed. The food is nothing like it was before and is very bland. We didn’t even finish our food. It was that awful. I hate to say it, but the Zara of old is gone. Sorry to say it, but this was my last trip.20 Apr, 2011One of the best Kebab restaurants in Leesburg. Recently many kebab places have opened in and around Leesburg. Zara Kebab is Turksih style kebabs and they also feature Doner. I have tried them all and the one I come back to repeatedly is Zara. Everything I have had there is amazing and prepared fresh in front of you. The prepare their Doner style kebabs in house so nothing is pre-processed. The meat is excellently spiced and I think portion sizes are very good. I highly recommend the Mixed Kebab and the Cigar Borek appetizer. For dessert, I am always a fan of Baklava, but don’t miss the Kadayif…excellent.
