Mediocrity masquerading as fine dining.

HIGH PRICE small quantity. This was my first visit to the Cobalt Grille. I was surprised, it was bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Our server was attentive and also knew the wine selection. Overall it was a nice experience, but you just leave feeling a little cheated and hungry. I went in there knowing their prices where a little high but I didnt expect the very small portions, heck even the salt & pepper shakers are equally small. For an appetizer we got the Chevrai Goat Cheese which looked delicious. By the time you ration out equal portions (amongst 3 people), you miss the flavor entirely. One person got the Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast and received 6 thin slices of duck certainly not worth $23+. The one nice thing I noticed was that everyone at the table all received a different side dish.For the amount of money we spent on food, we all left hungry.

Great dinner!. One of the best meals I’ve had in quite some time! The pork ribeye steak was simply scrumptious and the grilled ribeye was outstanding! The best part was our server Lauren, she was very attentive and unobtrusive. She made great recommendations and is an Ohio State fan, double bonus!:) We purchased a groupon for this meal, but will be back often because of the price, proximity and excellent service!
