Could I have had a worse experience?. I don’t think our server did anything that even remotely resembled decent customer service. I asked our server for a certain type of tequila that was NOT top shelf and he charged my roommate and I an extra 6 bucks EACH for top shelf, patron tequila. It took everything within me to not complain to the manager, but I can tell you that our service was so horrible and unsatisfying that we just wanted to get out of there. I can honestly say that I don’t think I have ever had a worse dining experience than the one that I just had at El Taco Loco at hilltop in Virginia Beach.
