Just dynamite. So unpretentious, tucked in right next to the Chinese supermarket. Cheese steak sammys’s were huge and perfect, very polite and friendly service. Give then a shot for lunch.
Love~!!. Ok I have now tried this place and Iggles….PCC wins!!! Been twice now and both times were WONDERFUL!!! Had both the steak and cheese and the Italian. I will forever be a customer!!

Hmm..lot of great reviews… OMG, after reading all those great reviews, I’m EXCITED to visit this place!!! Thus far the best Steak and Cheese I’ve had in the Hampton Roads area, is from a small mom and pop diner in Downtown Portsmouth called Bob’s BBQ on County st. The second best was out of a mobile kitchen that use to sell food outside of a Lowes store. wish i could remember the name. But those are the absolut best I’ve had in Hampton roads so far. HMMMM I’m going to have to visit that Philidelphia Cuts this weekend!!!!

Best Cheesesteaks and subs in the area. I have tried all the cheesesteaks in Tidewater and by far the best. Friendly service sometimes a little slow but well worth the wait!
Use to get 6′ subs for party’s at my restaurant when Cecil was there. On the way home a few months ago thinking about dinner, so tired of everything, drove past PCC turned around to try!! Damn was I blown away with quality and friendly service. Hands down BEST sub ever and great price! Now go at least once a week and tell everyone about this great hidden secret.
