This is a small but charming Vietnamese restaurant with very fresh food. My husband is Vietnamese, so we have been to many of this type of restaurant all over the US & Canada, but this is our favorite in the US. The flavor of the beef pho broth for the noodle soup is always good, with plenty of fresh basil, sprouts, chili peppers & lime wedges. We also love the pan fried dumpling appetizer with fresh cilantro, & the fried eggrolls wrapped in lettuce with nuoc mam sauce. Yum!!
I went there a few months ago and loved it, but when we made a return visit to try something else they turned us away. They claimed it was a slow day for them and were closing early. In my opinion that’s bad business. And just for that reason I will not return.
Yum………… We heard about this restaurant, but has never given a chance to go eat. Today was our first time. When I first saw the price, I thought it was a bit pricy. But when I saw the quantity and quality of the food, I would say it is worth every penny. We ordered fry egg rolls for an appetizer. It is bigger than any other Vietnamese restaurnt that I have ever seen enhance why their price is a bit higher than normal. It’s real tasty. I also order a sorted beef rice noodle soup. YUM……………..it’s real tasty with the meat that was given in it. Really LOVE it, will definitely go back again. 🙂
Not my favorite pho. They do not have Vietnamese sandwiches that I look forward to in most pho shops. Their spring rolls were immensely lacking in fresh herbs and flavor. The seafood pho was almost flavorless and seriously lacked in seafood. The assorted beef broth was all right, nothing spectacular. Nice and rich, but needed seasoning. The service was very slow for pho service, and not very attentive or caring about their customers and I would say this experience translates into their food. Overall, there are many other noodle shops in the area that do a much better job!
Vietnamese Garden. Went for Father’s Day about three years ago and have been going back ever sense. Rarely see an African American family enjoying the establishment but we do all the time. The food is good and the staff are the friendliest around. Over the course of three years we developed a nice relationship. The young man Daniel recognizes us on site and knows our favorite dishes even when don’t remember. Never a disappointed by the food or customer service.
The Best. The Meatball Pho is AMAZING.. The staff is always super super nice. This restaurant is clean and consistant.
Great staff, friendly and helpful. Meal was fresh and full of flavor
