Be Wrong Burger. Grade: FI rarely give out failing grades, but when I do the establishment deserves it.To start, the person taking the order here had problems both speaking and understanding her customers, a huge customer service problem at a busy international airport. I saw the Be Right Cheeseburger on the menu for almost $9, but also saw a 14 lb. burger combo for $6 + change and was trying to figure out the difference in size. After 5 attempts to inquire what the weight of the two burgers was, the order taker finally said that the cheeseburger was 14 lb. in weight, so I went with the combo. It took two more tries to get my wifes hot dog ordered.My burger was tiny, nowhere near 14 lb. but closer to the size of a single McDonalds patty. It was cold, obviously precooked, and dry as a bone. The bun was also dry and crumbly. Although it had tomato, onion, and pickle, there was no mustard or ketchup nor was I asked if I wanted any. In all, the hamburger was flavorless and probably not up to the required standards of service. The fries were unmemorable. The hot dog was drowned in mustard and ketchup, having enough for a dozen. It had to be wiped-off to be edible.This and an extra drink set me back over $14. It appears that the management/parent company doesnt see what is going on at this site. In the future, I wont either because Ill never again eat there.
