Waiter didn’t bring out biscuits with the food, they came out 15 minutes later after I asked for them. No jelly with the biscuits. I had to go ask for jelly because the waiter never periodically checked on me except to bring the bill. Bad service.
Let me start by saying I have loved simply loved Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores for as long as I know. It is my go to place to eat when I am on the road. Have loved eating and shopping there. When they opened this location I was really excited because I don’t have to be traveling to eat at my favorite place. This is my 3rd visit to this location and each time I have been unhappy with the food. I always order the pot roast and this is the only location where it comes out drier and tougher. Overall love Cracker Barrel stores and enjoy buying the unique foods from here.
