Placed a to-go order from chilis this evening and I will never be doing that ever again. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to come with avocado and received none. They neglected to tell me when I picked the food up and I only noticed when I returned home. When I spoke to a woman on the phone and explained my problem, she immediately told me they were out of avocado. She asked if I would like to speak to a manager and I said that I would. The general manager told me that all he was willing to do was refund me .79 for the missing avocado. When i explained to him that I had already driven all the way home and i could have picked up an avocado at the store, but he continued to tell me that .89 was the best he could do. This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with the manager of a restaurant; absolutely no respect for his customers.

Mmmm. Good old Chili’s… They burned this place to the ground about 5 years ago and rebuilt ya. I love your bacon cheeseburger!We arrived before the dinner rush tonight and were promptly seated. Our server Josh took great care of us. The food was delicious and we were out of there in about an hour. Perfect all around.I got 2 words for ya… Southwestern Eggrolls!!!!
Good Food, decent atmosphere and pretty good service. My sister-in-law, her son, my wife and I went there on Sunday for dinner and were quite pleased with the food and the service. The Spinach artichoke dip took a bit too long to come out, but the waiter commented on it before we had, and hadn’t even thought it had been too long, but he said he’d send the manager over about it. I simply let him know that we had emptied a tray of nachos with the salsa before the dip came(that the chips were originally for I thought). The manager was quick to apologize and took them off the bill. My Wife’s burger was a little under done for medium well, but they replaced it for her to take home(she was full by then) and as usual the molten chocolate cake was divine!!
