Excellent!!. Great menu, food, service. Salsas were great, carnitas were fabulous, chile verde was different but great. Just visiting from Cali, but this ranks up there with the best in Sacramento.

Not bad.. I’d always thought that Ensenada looked a bit sketchy, but recently gave it a try. It’s nothing spectacular, but is perfectly acceptable. The menu is limited, the fast food- style booths aren’t super clean, and the manager loomed over us throughout the meal, but my fajitas were pretty good and the rest of my party was similarly satisfied with their food.
This is the best restaurant I have ever been to! It has great prices and even better food. If you want an informal nice Mexican dinner, Ensanada is the place for you to go
Since when is marinara considered Mexican?. My friend and I (who both live in SoCal) went here on a recommendation from a friend. We were both disappointed. My enchiladas has tomato/marinana sauce on them…WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT??? I wish I new a place to tell you to go to instead but I am still searching for a great Mexican restaurant here. (found some OK ones but nothing GREAT)
