BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT IN HAMPTON ROADS! Hands down.. First of all, everything there is extremely fresh and made to order. Even down to the mint leaf on the homemade cheesecake (they grow mint in their backyard). Customize any order, they’ll make it the way you want it! Every dish is full of flavor and you can just tell it’s cooked with love. The staff is so friendly and ready to give top notch service. They go above and beyond to make your visit a good one. Pleasant ambiance, perfect for any meal with any group size. You won’t be disappointed, highly recommended!
Excellent!. My wife and I were visiting Norfolk for a wedding and found Forbidden Palace while driving to Virginia Beach. We both thought it was great. We shared a California roll, which was very generous in proportion. Then we had egg rolls (excellent) and shared mu shu chicken, which was possibly the best mu shu I’ve ever had. Service was top-notch, and the environment was quiet and comfy. We really liked it and will definitely stop by again the next time we’re in the area.
