Delivered the wrong food and wouldn’t replace it or refund it. I ordered a couple of meals for my family and I and was delivered scallops which I do not eat instead of shrimp. I had 4 dinners total and didn’t receive a napkin or a single fork. I called back very nicely and was told that I live too far and that they wouldn’t replace or refund my money and before I could complete my next sentence I was hung up on. Terrible. I blame myself for ordering from here.
We had a very large order for 15 people. We enjoyed everything.
Great Food at Reasonal Price!. This location has become my favorite spot for quick takeout order. Quality food prepared well and very friendly staff. Generous portions too! They have tables for those who have time to sit and eat onsite. I’m usually on my way home when picking up food so I get it to go. Give them a try if you are in the area. I know they deliver to a wide part of the Lynnhaven/Kings Grant area.
Ripped off. So just ordered from this place because I read the great reviews and really wanted some decent Chinese take out. For a take out joint it was average at best. I really turned me off about the place is that they tried to rip me off. From the prices on the menu what I ordered was over 5 bucks cheaper than what they were trying to charge. after I did the math for the guy he still came out funny so I asked fro a detailed receipt with my food. found out there they charged me separately for items that I ordered as a combination. Never ordering from this place again.
I work near the boulevard and order from Lucky Express a couple of times a week. I’ve had everything from crab rangoon, General’s chicken, sesame chicken, and all the various egg foo yung’s. The food is always delicious, hot, and a fabulous bargain. I enjoy it so much that sometimes I order my lunch and include dinners ot take home for my kids after work!! I’d recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE!!!
Amazing and Delicious!. I’ve had Chinese food my whole life and have not had consistently delicious and perfectly cooked food as they serve at Lucky Express. Jussayin…..hard to find! Give them a try!
